Unlike the estate's other wines, Carnet de Voyage has been aged in French oak demi-muids (600 liter casks) for 12 months. This storage:

• Adds subtle complexity from the slow oxidation.
• Enhances the wine's structure and makes it suitable for long-term storage.

• Nose : Intense and inviting with a spicy opening followed by toasted notes from the ageing.
