Their philosophy is simple: to produce authentic wines that reflect their respective origins through organic and/or biodynamic cultivation in the fields and traditional craftsmanship in the cellar – without chemicals and the vast arsenal of additives used in industrial wines. This type of wine is called vins de terroirs – terroir wines in good Danish.
