Age and age verification
You must be at least 18 to shop at Vinea.dk. Age is electronically verified with MitID before purchase. Accepting the terms and conditions does not replace age verification.
Prices and ordering
All prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and applicable duties. The price applies to the quantity and size stated for the product. Any quantity discounts are displayed with the product. You can check and amend your basket and personal details before ordering. The total price, including shipping, is shown before you place an order with an obligation to pay. You receive an order confirmation by email. Keep it together with these terms.
The product description states the vintage, contents and other characteristics. Contact us before ordering if the photograph and description differ. We contact you if products are sold out or an order contains an error. Any change to the agreed product, vintage or price requires your acceptance. A general reservation concerning pricing errors or availability does not restrict your rights.
Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Card payments are captured only when goods are dispatched or handed over on collection. A payment may previously be authorised or reserved under the payment provider’s rules. We do not capture more than the agreed amount.
Delivery with Esbjerg Gods
We ship with Esbjerg Gods. Stocked products are normally delivered within 1–3 working days. Any different delivery time is stated with the product or before ordering.
Shipping is free on purchases of DKK 1,000 or more to addresses in Denmark with a road or bridge connection. The exact shipping charge, geographical restrictions and available delivery options are shown at checkout before you approve your purchase. Contact us before ordering for delivery to islands without a bridge connection or if you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address.
If you want the carrier to leave your goods without a signature, this must be expressly agreed and you must specify a suitable location. This does not change your rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods. Without a separate agreement to leave the goods, we bear the risk until you or a person designated by you receives them.
Please check the packaging on delivery and contact us if anything is damaged or missing. Failure to record a remark on the delivery note does not in itself remove your statutory rights.

Delays and questions
Contact us if your order has not arrived as expected. Your statutory rights apply in the event of delay. We cannot unilaterally change an agreed delivery deadline by referring to busy periods or promotions.
Withdrawal, returns and complaints
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a two-year statutory right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our return and refund policy contains the full guidance, return address, reimbursement rules, complaints procedure and model withdrawal form and forms part of these terms.
