Petershof- Saar Cuveè Rosé trocken 2020

Our Pinot Noir stands on Herrenberg's reddish slate in Niedermennig. The grapes were picked by hand, destemmed in the cellar and left on the lees overnight for color and aroma extraction. After pressing, the must was clarified by sedimentation and then fermented for two months with cultivated Rhing yeast in stainless steel tanks. The wine rested on the full lees until shortly before bottling in mid-March. Saar Rosé initially presents itself with a subdued scent of rose petals and spicy aromas such as white pepper. But he quickly follows up with a delicate bouquet of fruit, paired with an animating tannic structure that makes it a whole.
