Buisson - St Romain Sous le Chateau 2020

This south/south-east facing plot lies beneath the ruins of an ancient castle, 370 meters on a hillside, generously caressed by the sun's rays. The plant benefits from its roots growing in very shallow soil on hard limestone. This Saint-Romain "Sous Le Château" is therefore the result of a subtle harmony between the sunny ripeness of the climate and its rusticity: a powerful, structured wine, full of richness with fat and substance. The warm mouth of apricot, peach, spicy and mineral notes, will develop delicious aromas of white truffle, if you can otherwise wait between 8 and 10 years.
