Pépière Muscadet Clisson 2017

"Clisson" from Domaine de la Pépière is among the largest muscadets available.
It has the freshness and crispness of the Melon de Bourgogne (grape) and the area, as well as the strength and marked mineral expression of the granite terroir.
The long aging "Sur Lie" adds richness and complexity.
The result is a truly great white wine that can be compared to the best Chablis.

Served decanted at 12-14°C, this wine is rich and charming with exceptional finesse. It has aromas of cooked fruits, ripe citrus, honey and quince. It is a natural companion to scallops, smoked salmon and fish in sauce and will surprise you with fried foie gras or characterful cheeses.
