Montrubi - Seres Velles Carinyena 2021

Winemaking: Manual harvest at the beginning of October and careful selection of the grapes. Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Slow pressing and maturation in old French oak barrels for 6 months. No added sulfites.

Tasting notes: Ruby red and intense wine with a ripe nose and aromas of black plums and fresh cherries. The palate is alive and lively with notes of tomato. Very concentrated and full-bodied. Decanting is recommended to get the best out of the wine.
