Extreme Blanc 2017

"L'Extrême" Blanc is a fantastic white wine that comes from vines planted in 1898 on an extreme terroir. This wine unites all opposites. It is both soft and sweet and at the same time fresh and sour. It is powerful and spicy, but also refined.
The bouquet opens with notes of ripe fruit, such as peach, apricot, pineapple and orange peel, to which you find honey, mild spices, anise and nuts. The taste is rich, with an oily texture, but is also surprisingly fresh. All the way you feel a mineral firmness and springiness, and finally a salty aftertaste. Only 876 bottles produced.
