Domaine du Nozay - Sancerre Blanc "Le Paradis" 2022

This wine, made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc from 24-30 year old vines, originates from a 1 hectare north-facing parcel of Kimmeridgian clay and limestone soil (Terres Blanches). Grown organically since 2014 and biodynamically since 2017, the wine is produced without added sulphites and with natural fermentation using wild yeast.

The wine has a fresh and lively character with aromas of citrus, green apples and subtle mineral notes from the soil. The taste is full with a nice balance between fruit and acid, as well as a slightly creamy texture from aging on the lees for a minimum of 6 months
