La Dourbie LAVQ ROSÉ 2022 is a tribute to the sunny valleys of Languedoc, where the perfect grapes are harvested to create a wine that is equal parts refined and refreshing. This rosé appears with a beautiful, light pink color that promises elegance at first glance.
Flavor Profile:
  • Nose: You are met by a bouquet of fresh strawberries, red cherries, with a touch of citrus and flowers.
  • Taste: On the palate, the wine reveals a harmonious balance between freshness and fullness. The taste of summer fruits comes to the fore, complemented by a slightly spicy note, which gives the wine depth. Declines with a clean, dry and refreshing finish.
  • Serving: Best served chilled at 8-10°C. Perfect as an aperitif or in the company of light dishes such as salads, seafood, grilled fish, Asian dishes or as a charming companion for your moments of relaxation.

Winemaking:
La Dourbie takes their craft seriously and works with respect for nature and tradition. LAVQ Rosé is made through careful vinification, where the grapes are lightly pressed and fermented at low temperatures to preserve their aromatic properties, resulting in a wine with finesse and character.
This is what is nowadays called a gourmet rosé, a wine with elegance and fullness. Only a very few bottles are produced each year.
