This wine from Saint Bris in Northern Burgundy offers an aromatic nose with notes of ripe yellow fruits and white flowers. On the palate, a full structure with fresh minerality and a slightly salty finish is experienced. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak casks (30% in 228L casks and 70% in 600L demi-muids) and subsequently 4 months in steel tanks, which gives a harmonious balance between fruit, acidity and discreet cask notes. Perfect for fish, poultry and dishes with light sauces.
