Domaine de la Dourbie was established in 1782 and the name refers to the small river that runs through the domain called La Dourbie which flows into the river Herault. In 2003, a new era started for Domaine de la Dourbie with the modernization of the cellar and the domain itself, as well as the restructuring of the fields, where everything is now organic. There are a total of 32 hectares spread over two different areas on opposite sides of the river, each with its own terroir. In general, everything is done by hand, from the field to the sorting table. minimal addition of sulphites is used and everything is done as naturally as possible. A Domaine that develops incredibly from year to year, and one of our absolute best partners.
