A unique white wine from Les Clos Perdus
Les Clos Perdus L'Année Blanc is an exclusive organic wine created from 55% Macabeu, 35% Grenache Gris and 10% Muscat. With only 650 bottles produced, this wine is a rare treat that caters to the quality-conscious wine lover.
The origin and craftsmanship of wine
The grapes are grown according to organic and biodynamic principles and handpicked to preserve their full character. After a gentle pressing in baskets, the wine is fermented spontaneously in steel tanks. With a low sulfur content (30 mg SO₂), this wine is both authentic and carefully crafted to reflect its natural elegance.
 Visual and olfactory impression
With its brilliant golden color, the wine entices the senses. The aroma is a harmonious blend of herbs, fresh melon, juicy citrus and sweet notes of wax and yellow stone fruits.
The taste - a complex experience
On the palate, Les Clos Perdus L'Année Blanc reveals a flavour profile of yellow stone fruit and fresh lime, beautifully balanced with a slight salty nuance. The combination of minerality and fruitiness creates a persistent complexity that appeals to both novices and connoisseurs.
 Food pairing suggestions
This wine is particularly suitable as an accompaniment to:
-
Fish dishes: Try it with grilled fish with citrus or herbal spices.
-
Paella: Its spicy and full-bodied character pairs beautifully with the rich and complex flavor of a traditional paella.
-
Asian dishes: Highlight the wine's light sweetness and acidity with Asian dishes, such as Thai-spiced seafood or sushi with tangy ponzu sauce.
For the optimal experience, the wine is served at 8-10 degrees.
