Petershof-Saar Riesling feinherb 21

Our Saar Riesling feinherb comes from the first harvest at Altenberg in Oberemmel. The first grapes were selected. After careful pressing of the entire bunch of grapes, the must, which was only slightly clarified by sedimentation, was spontaneously fermented for over three months in stainless steel tanks. The wine rested on the lees until shortly before bottling in mid-March. It smells of peach, white roses and citrus. The wine stays true to itself in the mouth and plays with acidity and a small amount of residual sweetness. Saar's lightness and freshness are the top priority.
