Due to its fine and light soil, the Vaillons field produces a charming wine with a floral and fruity character. While you ideally have to wait a few years for other Premier Crus, such as Montmains or Montée de Tonnerre, Vaillons are usually ready to drink quickly.
The wine's greatest quality is its airy finesse and its clean taste, which reveals delicate mineral tones that remind us of the maritime origins of Chablis' limestone soil from the Jurassic period.
