Gustavshof is located in the heart of Rheinhessen approx. 30 km south of Mainz. It is managed by the entire Roll family in the 4th generation. The family has over 18 hectares of vineyards. Since 2004, they have worked according to the guidelines for organic viticulture. Member of EcoVin and since 2012 they have worked in accordance with the guidelines for biodynamic Demeter. All wines are made vegan.

The high quality of the wine is promoted by a healthy soil with balanced vines. Pinot Gris and Riesling are our family hobby, on an equal footing with high quality and durable wines. Six years ago they created the unique dry Elderberry Secco from fresh elderflower and wine. Two years later, they have developed a completely alcohol-free, refreshing elderflower Secco variety without the use of decoalization.
